The RES in the Countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States: Potential and Production from 2015 to 2019

Amidst the changes and adjustments of international energy situation, leading trend is to shift from fossil fuels low-carbon fuels, ultimately, enter era sustainable energy, based mainly on renewable energy. The ongoing in global security supply high volatility prices also stimulate investment alternative sources, making sources (RES) one rapidly growing elements system. This article fills research gap by analyzing potential using countries Commonwealth Independent States (CIS) years 2015–2018. authors address 2015–2019, consumption 2015–2018 as RES CIS was not researched after 2014. Please note that study covers countries, along with Georgia Ukraine, which are no longer formal members Community, but have been included for cognitive comparative purposes. Upon comparing increase production average European Union (EU) value this observably higher than EU only Ukraine. However, entire much lower average, therefore volume varied.
